Milwaukee, WI, July 24, 2016– The Center for Site Location Assistance (CSLA) was created to help expanding and relocating companies find suitable sites and maximize incentives for their expansion and relocation efforts. CSLA provides companies the opportunity to be anonymous, preventing thousands of calls to their offices from real estate and economic development professionals.

The service is 100% free to the expanding company with all of the CSLA’s expenses paid by its corporate sponsors, the World Economic Development Alliance and Global Trade Magazine. More information on the Center for Site Location is available at

“Our goal is to give companies easy access to sites and incentives without having to pay thousands to a site locator or having to field calls from communities and real estate brokers. Our staff is trained to handle the calls, vet through proposals, and provide the best offers to the company’s executives,” said Bob Peryea, Managing Director, Center for Site Location Assistance

CSLA’s partners, Global Trade Magazine and the World Economic Development Alliance (WEDA), are able to give exclusive early access to their respective members and advertisers .

Each CSLA project is assigned a code name. Staffers work with the company to discover the leadership’s needs and wants. The coded request for proposal (RFP) is sent to economic development officials in the potential areas. CSLA staff delivers the proposals to company leaders without bias, after vetting for a proper fit. The company’s name is not revealed until the clients’ leadership wishes to let economic developers know whom they are working with.

“It shouldn’t cost tens of thousands to find a great location. Nor should it involve immense amounts of work on the part of a Board Member or Senior Manager. CSLA handles everything – all the client company’s managers need to do is choose the location that best fits their needs,” Peryea said.

The Center for Site Location Assistance (CSLA) is a non-for-profit organization set up to help companies of all sizes find locations, buildings, and incentives that will accommodate their expansion or relocation efforts. CSLA keeps the company’s name anonymous and charges nothing for its services. Services include site location, real estate location, incentives negotiation and representation.
